The Green Schools Collective’s Term3 Community Clean Up on 23 August at Sirius Cove Reserve brought together members of the Mosman community and students from schools across the Council area to clear rubbish from the cove’s gardens and seaside. It was one of our best-attended cleanups of the year, as evidenced by the volume of waste that was collected.
Thank you to the students from Blessed Sacrament, Mosman Prep, Mosman Public School, Queenwood, plus Scots and Riverview, along with members of the Mosman Rotary Club who collected rubbish from Sirius Cove, including recyclable items that were rescued from landfill.
Our next and final community clean-up of the year will be on Friday 20th November at Balmoral Beach. We hope to see you there!
